By submitting your order, you are
agreeing to allow HeyBaby of California to process the payment information
you provide in exchange for the merchandise
selected. The charge will appear on your statement as 'HeyBaby
of California'.
Errors and
Omissions While we do our best to inspect each item before it is shipped, it
is possible for flawed or defective items to get by us. In the unlikely
event you receive a flawed or defective item, you must notify HeyBaby of California
within 72 business hours of the receipt of your package. The item in
question will be replaced and shipped to you at no additional charge,
once we have received the problem item. Failure to notify HeyBaby of California
of such a defect within this time frame will render the sale final
and no longer eligible for return or replacement based on the defect.
While it is a rare occurrence, accidents can happen. In the even that
you have received the incorrect merchandise, we will gladly cover all
shipping costs incurred correcting the mistake. HeyBaby of California must
be notified within 72 hours of the receipt of your package in order
for us to handle this problem in a timely manner.
Changing or Canceling an Order
All orders are submitted for processing the same day as the order is received.
Since we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as
possible, we do ask that any cancellations or changes be made within
the same day of placing your order. We will honor your request whenever possible,
however, if your request is made after your merchandise has already been
shipped you will be responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted
items to us.
If the item you have ordered is from a production line orders can only be canceled before the fabric is cut.
Once the production process has begun it cannot be canceled or modified.
Orders canceled after they have been packaged, but have not yet shipped,
will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. Production items canceled while in
process will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. Any unclaimed or refused packages
are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. In the event you would like the
package re-shipped to you, standard shipping fees, plus a 5% re-packaging
fee, will apply. Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

Ordering
Orders may be placed over the telephone, faxed, mailed or e-mailed into the Customer Service Department. Phone orders must be followed up with a hard copy confirming P.O. Any questions, call Customer Service.
Liability
HeyBaby of California.com is not responsible
for any product used incorrectly or with the wrong application.
Fraud Policies
HeyBaby of California does not tolerate fraudulent behavior under any
circumstances. Any charge backs/disputes to credit cards or PayPal,
without communicating with us first, are treated as fraudulent and will be reported to the
proper authorities for investigation and prosecution. HeyBaby of California
will give all information provided during checkout as well as
the IP address for the computer that was used to submit the order.
HeyBaby of California will also participate in the prosecution of such fraud
in any way requested or required to obtain a successful conviction.
You will also be responsible for reimbursing HeyBaby of California for any and
all fees incurred as a result of such charge backs and/or disputes. These
fees will be the maximum allowed by law.
SHIPPING OVERVIEW
You can expect most items to ship within 2-6 business days via the UPS Ground.
If you need you order quicker, consider on the express means of shipping.
Express options are available on all orders. However, if an item is custom sewn,
the time between ordering and shipping can delay it by 7 - 10 days, depending on
the complexity of the order and how many additional custom orders are ahead of your order.
This case is so rare though, you will probably never experience it.
We get out orders out the same day in 99% or all orders.
Please let us know of any special needs (such as delivery deadlines
for special events) by adding comments to your order as you check
out. We will do our best to accommodate them. Orders that contain multiple
lines are subject to the most extended time frame displayed.
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: The
preferred shipping method for packages traveling within the United
States and its territories are either UPS Ground or 3 day Air
as we have found they tend to provide the best service
for the lowest price. By default, any domestic order that qualifies
for free shipping will travel via UPS Ground for Domestic orders. Faster
methods are available upon request, but are not eligible for our free shipping promotions.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: The
preferred shipping method for international packages is UPS Worldwide
Express as we have found it tends to provide
the best service for the lowest price. It is the only international
postal method that can be tracked and is the only one that HeyBaby
of California will
guarantee delivery. USPS Global Priority is also available to you but
HeyBaby of California does not guarantee delivery for USPS Global Priority
shipments. We will always do our best to ensure each package is delivered
timely,
but are unable to warranty against shipping issues for any method lower
than USPS Global Express. By default, any international order that
qualifies for our Free Shipping promotion will travel via USPS Global
Priority
unless otherwise requested. USPS Global Express and UPS International,
while available, are not eligible for our free shipping promotions.
RUSSIAN
SHIPMENTS:
HeyBaby of California has changed the way packages to Russia.
Recently a lot of fraud cases have been coming from Russia and
HeyBaby of California is doing the best it can to must be handled. As a
result of these procedural changes, customers based in Russia may have the
delivery of your packages delayed.
RETURN/EXCHANGE OVERVIEW
All requests for a refund must be made within 10 days of the receipt
of your order. Any request beyond 10 days will be accepted at our discretion
and processed in the form of an exchange or merchandise credit only.
No requests after 30 days from the date of delivery will be accepted.
A package is considered delivered once the first attempt is made. For
this reason, it is important that you provide accurate delivery information
for a location where someone will be available to receive the package.
All packages sent to HeyBaby of California for return, credit or exchange
must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number referenced
both
inside and outside the package. Any package received by us without
an RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned
to the sender.
Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
Returns and exchanges with a merchandise will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Clearance or Closeout merchandise is eligible for exchange or merchandise
credit only.
Due to the seasonal nature of the items, we are also unable to refund
or exchange Holiday Garments and Costumes. Any Costume purchase made
during the month of October is considered a seasonal purchase and is
not eligible for return or exchange. Any holiday specific items, such
as Santa Suits and Holiday Expressions, are not eligible for return
or exchange.
All labels and/or descriptive tags must remain attached to the garment(s)
in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Any garment that has
had the labels and/or descriptive tags removed will not be eligible
for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Due to health codes and concerns, items including but not limited to
Panties, Swimwear, Hosiery and Teddies/Bodysuits are unable to be returned
or exchanged once they have been tried on. It is critical that this
is understood and that such items are only to be tried on while wearing
undergarments. All Hosiery must remain in it's sealed package in order
to be eligible for return or exchange. Any such item(s) that are sent
for return/exchange that show any signs of wear will be immediately
returned to you at your expense.
Please be sure to wear footwear only on carpeting until you are sure
they fit. Any footwear returned to us with obvious signs of wear are
not eligible for refund or exchange and will be sent back to you at
your expense.
Custom orders or special request items cannot be returned or exchanged
for any reason.
