Wholesale Buyer's Page

On this page you will find two documents to download, fill out and email back to HeyBabyofCalifornia.com. You will need you to fill out the   HeyBabyNewAccounts.pdf with your company name, address information and contact details.

We'll also need a hard copy, either faxed or scanned and emailed to us, of a business license or a seller's permit or a Federal Tax ID document (EIN) in order to put on file for you.

We'll also need to complete the   Credit Card Authorization Form.pdf for whatever credit card you want to put on file with us for your orders.

Both of these, you can either email to   sales@heybabyofcalifornia.com Attn: Rick or fax back to us. Our fax number is 818-504-2086. Or if you have any further questions, you can email your questions to us at sales@heybabyofcalifornia.com.

Once we receive those documents back from you, we can set up a separate account under your company name and send out a password protected link that contains copies of all our current catalogs and pricing. As catalogs are updated or prices change and new documents are uploaded, an email will be sent out to notify you of the changes and the files it effects.

ALL new wholesale internet base companies will be required to place a small animated gif on your site that will include a link to HeyBabyofCalifornia.com. If the animated gif we send to you does not work for the design of your site, we will design one specifically for your site. We do not want to take business away from you, so these banners are discrete and can be placed anywhere in your site. Reciprocally, we will have a retail links on our site that will link back to yours.

For Customers who would like to fill of these form automatically, a new page will be launched soon that will let you enter your information into our Secure Database and not have to Download, copy or fax anything.We still would need a physical copy of any one of the following: a business license, a seller's permit, a DBA document or a Federal tax ID document, faxed or scanned and emailed, This should dramatically get the process going faster and improving response time with prospective wholesale customers.
